DESCRIPTION:

Pronounced (cue-boh), which in a Mexican slang for "what's up", is a full service restaurant by Bien Trucha Group serving contemporary Mexican-inspired cuisine. Their goal is to create dishes that highlight Mexican traditions and flavors while also using local and seasonal ingredients in a modern way. Their bar program focuses on tequila and mezcal hand crafted cocktails, Mexican and seasonal local beers and small selection of wines; all carefully selected to complement their menu.
